My name is Steve Pattermann and I have been building custom homes since 1977. My family began building in Naperville and the surrounding area in 1951 and was well known for their pride in workmanship. I have carried on that tradition today in Pattermann Builders. Because of my day-to-day working knowledge and experience, my company enjoys an excellent reputation among my customers and peers as a well established, quality home building firm.

I am able to provide a personal service to you through my hands on management approach that includes one on one communication throughout the construction process and daily supervision of each home site. Through this awareness, I am able to integrate current building technology and market trends to assure the customer maximum product and value.
